At Andrew McDonald Shoemaker, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our footwear and offer returns or exchanges on unworn, standard-sized items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that bespoke and custom-made orders are final sale due to their unique, personalized nature.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our atelier via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all dust bags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable courier service to send the package back to our Sydney workshop.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our artisans will inspect the footwear; upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
